Keeping to my goal and posting today since I missed Monday. I thought it would be a good time to post my WOD’s for the week. This wee was a bit sparse in terms of frequency since I wasn’t feeling too well early in the week. Watch out for a solid 5 days next week! W/U: 400m run, glute bridges, all fours-point leg reach, sit ups (10×2). OHS (3×8).
WOD: 20x double unders (jump rope), overhead squat x5 15#, hollow body rocks x10 (Total time, 5 rounds-7:09).
W/U: Quick feet/burpees, squats/squat jumps.
WOD: 18 minute AMRAP- 15 wallballs, 10 hollow body rocks, 10 box jumps. (7 full rounds,1 full lunge round and 3 wallballs into round 8).
1/6/11- Rest day.
W/U: 4oom run, bridges, pushups, squats.
WOD: AMRAP 30 KB swings, 30 squats, 20 push ups, 20 sit ups (Total time,5 rounds 12:08).
