Do you ever feel like you don’t have enough time to cook a delicious meal when you get home!? Well this kids, is the answer! And it’s Paleo too!
A shrimp skillet with roasted Brussels sprouts. One in the over while the other is in the pan. 20 minutes and very few ingredients.
15 brussels, halved
3 tbsp walnut oil (or fat of your choice)
1 tbsp cajun seasoning (or mix of seasonings, make sure you include paprika)
Salt and pepper
Toss all the ingredients in a bowl and bake for 25 minutes at 375. While that’s baking………
1 pound shrimp
2 medium bell peppers
1 white or yellow onion
Splash of white wine
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tarragon
Sautee the onions, tarragon, bell peppers and olive oil for about ten minutes. Add the shrimp and the wine and sautee for about 10 minutes on medium heat or until shrimp are pink all the way through.
Place the shrimp in a large bowl and surround with Cajun Brussels. Seriously about 10 minutes of work time and 30 minutes of site and post to your blog time 🙂
