Happy Thursday Totties!

I took a classic (and Jeremy’s favorite) and made a few delicious additions!

How to cook spaghetti squash

For the SKETTI:

2 whole onions, diced

6 cloves garlic, diced

1 can san marzano tomatoes

2 lbs ground turkey

2 bay leaves

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp thyme

2 tbsp coconut oil

Combine the coconut oil, spices, garlic and onions in a pan.

Add the ground turkey and it will look like brains for about 10 minutes but brown and handle yo shit.  Add the remaining ingredients and tomatoes (Jeremy likes his tomato sauce blended because he doesn’t like chunky tomatoes).

See instructions for cooking squash:

Place a bunch of chopped asparagus, coconut oil and 10 cloves of crushed garlic into a sauce pan.  Saute for about 10 minutes and add 4 slices of chopped bacon to the hot pan.

After your meat, veggies and spices have simmered for about 30 minutes on low, scoop up your squash and serve the meat sauce over the top.
