Didn’t think you could have taco’s and stick Paleo at the same time?? Think again! I also made some artichokes and we dipped them in melted ghee, wee!! PS- Tell me what you think of the slideshow as opposed to the individual photos.
1 bag of shrimpies (about 1.5 lbs)
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp ghee (or fat of choice)
2 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded red cabbage
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Small handful cilantro, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Squeeze of lime
Couple scoops fresh salsa
1/2 avocado, sliced
Paleo Comfort Food’s Coconut Flour Tortillas (GTS- Google that shit!)
Chop the cabbage and cilantro and combine in a bowl. Add the vinegar, lime, salt and pepper and put in the fridge. Melt the butter and garlic in a pan and add the shrimp. Allow them to sautee for about 7 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK THEM! Just as the pink fades pull em!
Place the shrimp in a tortilla, top with cabbage and salsa and avo and BOOM, yum time- Paleo style!
